Following the successful completion of our planning process for the new renewable energy power generation plant we require a Plant Manager to control the effective delivery of all engineering and operational tasks within the facility.  Experience of managing third party suppliers, outsourced O+M/FM providers and proven successful managerial skills within the waste management or electrical generation or waste to energy market required.

Following the successful completion of our planning process for the new renewable energy power generation plant we require a Plant Engineer who will manage the technical engineering and service/maintenance regimes upon all supplied equipment.  This role will be the functional link between EnCycle and its outsourced partner delivering operation and maintenance services.

With either an electrical or mechanical background you will have served your apprenticeship within a recognised business.

Ensuring the safe and compliant operations of the EnCycle Plant under all rleevant legislation including WAMITAB obligations and the requirement of the PPC and animal by-products and other licences.

Complete and return all necessary documentation and report on a shortfall or failure.

Knowledge of and experience of operating within the WAMITAB framework is essential.

To prepare and submit various environmental applications for EnCycle and Inetec including but not limited to; environmental impact assessments, integrated pollution prevention licences, animal by-product processing licences, waste management licences (If not incorporated into the PPC) trade effluent discharge consents etc.

To ensure that the business complies with all environmental obligations at all times.

Working with the Marketing Manager to ensure that the business maintains a high environmental profile in front of it's investors, clients and markets.

To prepare for the sales team all commercial bids for both inset plants and merchant plant operations - other than local sales within a 50 mile defined radius of each EnCycle Plant.  To liase with the engineering team regarding, Capital, operating costs and preferred 3rd party supplier lists.  Maintan an up to date costing model capable of generating all bids, maintain systems and libraries which support the production of high quality bids, commercial offers and tender returns.

This role will also be the pro-active customer services function ensuring that all engineering and operational needs are fulfilled with each client.

Provide local waste management sales/client management wihtin a defined catchment area of the EnCycle Plant.  Link with the sales and operations directors regarding the routing of waste flows from national contracts and to generate all necessary top-up sales from the local catchment.
