Our Strategy for growth
Inetec will continue to expand through client acquisitions and development of new facilities around the UK and Europe.
We aim to achieve this by:
- Developing the network of EnCycle plants in various locations around the UK
- Acquiring additional clients from within the top 20 food producers within the UK and Europe
- Continued development of our on-site product offering culminating in making it the best option available to small scale food producers in the UK and Europe
- Expanding market share in our operating sectors and countries
- Expansion of our core markets to include overseas business outside of the EU
- Expansion of our customer reach within our operating sectors in order to ensure the technology is available to anyone’s business it would add value to
Fund Raising
During 2005-2006 our investors showed continued confidence in Inetec by investing a further £2 million into the company.
This came from our three main investors, Finance Wales, Oxford Capital Partners and Foursome Investments.
In order to raise the remaining equity required to develop the first EnCycle energy centre the Directors have opted to enter the Alternative Investment Market by carrying out an Initial Public Offer. Such a move will strengthen our corporate profile and bring Inetec to the forefront of the renewable energy sector within the UK.
Shaping the Future
The structure and strategy of Inetec has changed over the past twelve months to focus on the long term performance of the company.
Further developments include the enhancement of the Inetec product range and manufacturing processes through a significant research and development programme, ensuring that we cater for the entire food production marketplace.
Future developments will include the entrance into selected overseas markets and opening the product offering to new market sectors. These typically include public sector services relating to household waste collection
Focus
Due to the acquisition of EnCycle added focus has been given to the continued development of the first EnCycle plant.
Additional focus has been added to the development of Inetec’sTherMec range of products. During 2007 the development of additional products will further enhance the offering from Inetec and make it accessible to small scale food producers.
